The company was established by Núria de Ros Casademont following a successful career at multinational companies in Spain and abroad. Highlights of her extensive professional career include organising international Renault dealer meetings in New Orleans and Paris, as well as the Catalonia Cartoon Forum in Girona attended by representatives from 29 countries.

With organisational headquarters located in the city of Girona and covering all of Spain, the company boasts a high profile portfolio of clients, particularly in the business, association and organisational fields. The company also works with foreign and national firms wishing to operate in the province of Girona and requiring local assistance and logistics. Over the 2006-2007 period, it collaborated with BCM, a professional conference organiser specialising in medical congresses held in Catalonia.
